SHOW DATE AND TIME:
Saturday, May 10 | 12:00pm - 5:00pm
We expect a great turnout. For this event, we are implementing a new process for securing booths. You now can select your booth placement. You will review the map and then find the booth number. You will add that to your cart and check out. If the booth is showing up on the shop page, then it is available!
MAIN BUILDING: $100-$120 based on location
GREENHOUSE: $60-$75 per booth
OUTDOORS: TBD
Members get $15 off per booth. Simply login with your username and email and your discount will autopopulate.

DETAILS:
Payment is required at booking. Your spot is not fully reserved until your invoice has been paid in full.
Payment is transferable to a different date but non-refundable.
Community Gardens places all vendors and reserves the right to move vendor spots if needed.
All Vendor correspondence is handled through this site and email. An email address will end in @cgbastrop.com or @communitygardensbastrop.com Any person using a different address or soliciting booth spaces on Facebook or Instagram is NOT affiliated with Community Gardens. Beware of scammers!
Expectations:
Vendors will supply all of their own equipment to include tent, tables, chairs, etc.
Vendors are required to stay the entire day.
Booth Setup 8:00 AM- 10:30 AM (All vendors must park in vendor parking by 10:45am)
Breakdown 5:00-6:00 PM
Late arrivals and early departures will not be allowed
You may leave your booth/tent set up overnight at your own risk. There is no overnight security on-site.
Community Gardens is not liable for any damages.
Vendor location may be moved at the discretion of Community Gardens
It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure compliance with Texas Sale Tax Laws and Regulations.
